A new mainstay of downtown Pittsfield, MA, the Beacon was an award winning, adaptive reuse of the historic Kresge Department Store on North Street that houses a six screen movie theater and commercial office space.
Clark & Green worked closely with the development team over several years, perfecting the design and assembling a project team tailored to meet the needs of this unique project. The nine month construction administration period ran concurrent with the Great Barrington Firehouse.
