Redesign of lobby and addition of a fourth theater. Mechanical, functional and cosmetic renovations including new projection booth structure atop the roof of the building, addition housing a new stair, office, and storage, new exterior canopy, new interior steel staircase (circulation and projection booth access) and mezzanine.
